I'm Stan, a leader in international education with extensive experience teaching languages and leading educational travel.
Whilst learning Portuguese myself, I noticed a gap that most learners will recognise: knowing something in the classroom and being able to use it in real life are two very different things. My fear of making mistakes — with grammar, with pronunciation — held me back from expressing myself with any confidence.
That's what I created Offscript. Our trips are specifically designed to bridge that gap: to take what you've already studied and put it into practice, in Portugal, in real situations, with native speakers. The result is improved speaking confidence and fluency that lasts well beyond the trip itself.
My partner is Cláudia, a native Portuguese speaker with professional expertise in tourism and marketing.
